Refund & Return Policy

At Butter, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to exchange your item! Simply follow the return instructions, and we’ll help you get the right product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. For defective or incorrect items, please contact us at info@buttersleepwear.com with a photo and description, and we’ll arrange for a free return.
